Archive & Records Policy

The archive published on this Site preserves the historical record of the organization's operations as the think tank Perrin & Fidutam: its research output, labs, programs, metrics, and recognition. The archive is maintained by Perrin Institution, Inc. as a fixed institutional record. It reflects the organization's records for the periods indicated and is not a representation of current operations.

The archive, the research compendium, and every work referenced or reproduced in them are the sole and exclusive property of Perrin Institution, Inc., as set out in the Intellectual Property & Ownership Notice. The Institution retains all rights over works completed by members and former members during their tenure.

The Institution is under no obligation to respond to, act on, or concede to inquiries or demands regarding the archive, its contents, or their ownership, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Such inquiries create no legal obligation on the Institution. Where the Institution chooses to respond, it does so at its sole discretion and without waiving any right.

Perrin & Fidutam counted more than 1,600 members in its community over the years, and Perrin Research inherits that record. Membership does not constitute employment. The organization has only ever employed six people, and any other individual claiming to be on the team of, employed by, or otherwise representing the organization is making a false claim. To verify someone's affiliation, contact us directly.

The Institution is the sole authoritative source for verification of employment or affiliation. Verification requests may be sent to contact@perrininstitution.org with the subject line “Verification.”

The Institution may, at its sole discretion, annotate the archive to correct demonstrable factual errors. Annotations supplement the record; the original material remains part of the archive. The Institution does not accept demands to unpublish the historical record.
