1.1The institution collects as little personal information as it can, uses it only for the purpose it was given, does not sell it, and does not use analytics or tracking cookies on its website. • What you send us when you write to us: your name, address and the content of your message
• Information needed to process an application, a grant or a membership
• Records we are required to keep by law, such as donor acknowledgements

3. How we use it

3.1To answer you, to run the programme you applied to or took part in, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not use personal information for advertising and do not sell or rent it to anyone.

4. Who we share it with

4.1Only with service providers who process it on our behalf under written obligations to protect it, and with public authorities where the law requires. Embedded third-party content, such as video, is governed by the provider's own policies, as the Privacy and Cookie Policy explains.

5. How long we keep it

5.1For as long as the purpose requires, and then in line with the Document Retention and Destruction Policy.

6. Your choices

6.1You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by writing to contact@perrininstitution.org. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires.
